Exchange Policy



Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Free Exchanges:

  • The company covers exchange shipping costs if the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or damaged item was delivered.

Customer-Initiated Exchanges:

  • If the customer wishes to exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of size, color preference, or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags and packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Items marked as non-exchangeable are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges for a different size or color are allowed if the requested item is available in stock.

  • No refunds or returns are offered under any circumstances.

Damage Reporting:

  • Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographic evidence.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Contact customer service to initiate the exchange process.

  • Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and photographic evidence if applicable.

Exchange Shipping Instructions:

    • Properly pack the item to avoid damage during transit.

    • For approved free exchanges, the company will provide exchange instructions.

    • For customer-requested exchanges, shipping arrangements and charges will be the customer's responsibility.

This policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our customers while maintaining fairness for both parties.
