Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
Free Exchanges:

The company covers exchange shipping costs if the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or damaged item was delivered.
Customer-Initiated Exchanges:

If the customer wishes to exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of size, color preference, or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Non-Exchangeable Items:

Items showing signs of use, washing, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags and packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
